Situation
The Greek Public Power Corporation (PPC) decided be part of the digital transformation and move to the modern workplace era. PPC, after consulting Microsoft Hellas, trusted Office Line S.A, to be its partner for the Microsoft 365 enablement.
Solution
Office Line S.A., one of the 300 chosen Microsoft Fast Track Ready Partners, assisted PPC to enable Microsoft 365, providing guide & consulting services from the first steps to the adoption of the user to the new environment.
Office Line began with the Microsoft 365 Onboarding Assessment and Deployment Planning for the whole project. The steps that followed included the update of the AD FS farm to cover the authentication requirements for the new environment, the deployment of the required clients, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams & Office 365 ProPlus. After the client applications deployment, the local Exchange mailboxes migrated to Exchange Online. The next steps included the implementation of Intune and Azure Information Protection.
Training and Knowledge transfer activities, such as whiteboard discussions, conference calls and documentation provided to the Service Desk and Support teams for the Operations Readiness.
