What will you do?
- Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements to establish new Hybrid-Cloud environments
- Execute assessment, migration and implementation plans to deploy Hybrid-Cloud solutions and migrate environments from on-premises systems to Microsoft Azure
- Manage existing Microsoft Azure Environments
- Participation on developing our Azure Dev Ops CI/CD practices
- Follow a consistent process for incident and problem resolution
- Improve internal efficiency and customers happiness by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
- Prepare technical documentation on the Microsoft Azure and related procedures and operations
- Participate in 24×7 On-Call rotation
What will you bring?
Experience working in IT and background in Microsoft Azure technologies and terminology
Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Clients, Terminal Services, Hyper-V
Basic Knowledge of Networking core concepts
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
Exposure to migration projects such as on-premises to cloud
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
Passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their business goal is required
High quality of communication, both in written and in verbal form
Native Greek Speaker / Fluent English
Nice to haves
- Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator – AZ 104 , Azure Fundamentals – AZ 900, Azure Virtual Desktop – AZ 140)
- Networking Certifications (CCNA, NSE4, Checkpoint IaaS Cloud Guard Specialist)
- Basic Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops concepts and Infra as a code deploymen
- Basic Knowledge of core security concepts on Microsoft Azure
