The applications are experiencing increased traffic and they’re becoming difficult to scale resources on the fly, to meet the increasing demand. Also, the business units require fast application implementation and deployment and thus want to focus more on development while reducing infrastructure overhead.
Office Line recommended that the entire IT infrastructure be implemented on Azure, ensuring all the advantages of the cloud over the “on premise” infrastructure. With the completion of the project Intertranslations has a single platform for its partners to communicate and collaborate, which has added increased security and greater levels of flexibility in their daily lives, resulting in an increase in the company’s own productivity.
The organization’s data center is migrated to a protected environment with controlled access through two-tier authentication, including proxy card access readers and hand geometry biometric readers, that provides high availability and redundancy with data centers located in all parts of the world, Azure offers service level agreements guaranteeing 99.99 percent up time. Microsoft Azure scale the solutions based upon traffic increases, whether this means scaling up or down while paying for only what is used.
In particular, the implementation satisfied Intertranslations’ increased requirements for collaboration, security, communication flexibility, and optimization of the company’s productivity. At the same time reducing the long time for support management, committing funds for the renewal of the existing equipment and flexibility to modify the company’s computing power, tailored to the workload of its customers.
